Our Commitments
At the core of every Greenleaf project lies a steadfast commitment to sustainability
Sustainability
We understand that it is in all of us to do the right thing by the environment, ensuring that our actions today do not affect future generations of meeting their future needs.
Our actions today have consequences for the future generations, we are committed to sustainable development without compromising the ability of future generations.
In support of sustainable working practices, we implement an Environmental Management System to ensure the prevention of degradation and the protection of the natural environment. Utilising recycled and renewable materials whenever feasible, we conduct thorough impact assessments to measure and minimize any adverse effects on water, soil, air, and biodiversity. These impact assessments are integrated into our design considerations, coupled with processes aimed at predicting and reducing materials and energy wastage.
Compliance with industry regulations, such as ISO 14001, is a priority for us, but we go beyond by actively fostering an understanding of environmental sustainability. Our approach involves encouraging our staff to anticipate, avoid, and innovate in all aspects of our work.

Corporate Responsibility
Corporate responsibility is about the impact an organisation makes on society, the environment, and the economy. Having an effective programme contributes positively to all stakeholders as well as adding value for the organisation.
We at Greenleaf believe it’s all our responsibility to ensure we do the right thing by everyone. Through our works we ensure all our waste is recycled, vehicle journeys reduced where possible. We are currently introducing battery operated tools where the markets offer an alternative, to introducing environmentally friendly works vehicles. All our vehicles are ULEZ compliance, and we intend going further by changing our fleet to Hybrid/electric where this is an option, thus playing our part for the environment.
To Society, we firmly believe everyone should play their part and pay Taxes that allows Society to fund all the much-needed programmes. Greenleaf CS is a fully Tax Compliance company. By encouraging and helping our people to continually develop their skill sets and experience this is also contributing to Society as a whole.
Health, Safety and Wellbeing
By working collaboratively with all our team members, Health, Safety and Wellbeing is at the heart of our organisation.
We strive to deliver health and wellbeing agendas in line with the Health, Safety and Wellbeing Policy and People strategy. This is delivered by ensuring health, safety and wellbeing are considered within our people, projects, policies, processes, and procedures, ensuring people are fully supported, not just by training programmes but to ensure we embed all Health, Safety and Wellbeing so they become our standard business processes.
Not only did Greenleaf deliver exceptional results within the agreed timeline, their commitment to world class quality truly stood out. Their attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction are commendable. It was a pleasure working with such a reliable and client-focused company and we already have commenced a second project with the team.
